Great Mortgage

I did not use this company but have been negatively impacted by them. They would be reported to the state of Illinois. They have dishonest practices. My buyers used this company. The appraisal didn’t come in until a week before closing. We were having to dual closings so my other deal was dependent on this deal. Henry A, the finance guy kept telling my real estate agent things were on track to close 12/29. We get an email from the buyers attorney a week before closing stating they need an extension. No other info was provided. My attorney emailed everyone right after the email was received asking for additional info as to why they needed an extension.
