Tan Plaza Apartments

Update-- It's fixed now 🙏 they removed it entirely Update-- Been here 5 months now and the front entrance is still broken. It's been taken down by an Amazon driver, then it took them 3 months to fix it(easy fix to do) now it got taken down again by another driver. The problem is that everyone is just getting stuck downstairs because the only way to get in now is with a key. ----- Just moved in, I must say that Charlie is the best! He is super nice to deal with, clear in his communication and very organized! He was a big factor on us deciding to go with tan plaza. Give him a raise! 10/10 would recommend

I gave up sending the feedback, as I never have pleasant solution from the management team.example : swimming pool is too cold for kids swimming even in summer which many neighbors complained, managements said according to CA law, we set water in XX degree. Yes, your service follow the law, but we are human beings here, we can NOT enjoy swimming in this temperature, the usage of pool is not efficient even we paid for that. When we had a conflict with another resident, they sent us an infuriating warning letter based on incomplete information, without taking the time to understand both sides. This preemptive siding with the property management team made us feel racist and unfriendly. The facilities here are excellent, but the management lacks basic warmth. My conclusion is if you are Asian

I’ve lived here for over a year and love it! It’s beautiful and my family loves the amenities like the gorgeous Penthouse and the heated pool. Property manager Charlie Dray gets a 5/5 as well! He’s always so helpful and responsive with any questions we might have.

I've been living here for 6 months, and the apartment itself is great. It's in a perfect, quiet location in Palo Alto with lots of space inside. When we moved in, our dishwasher and stove were broken, but Charlie quickly took care of replacing and fixing them. However, our experience has changed recently. Since we arrived, we've asked at least 3 times to fix the BBQ on the rooftop, as multiple people were waiting to use the one near the pool. We were told that the rooftop one is broken and will be thrown away instead of fixed. A few weeks later, they bought a new popcorn machine for the lobby that has only been used once. We'd prefer they fix amenities like the BBQ and clean the pool before buying other unnecessary items. If you're considering this apartment for its amenities, be aware t
