Everything was very well organized. Smoothest move ever! Mirella is a very kind and helpful person. The place was spotless and the grounds very well-kept.

Incredibly fast maintenance whenever something is broken or any issue at all. Literally within hours they just fix or replace whatever is causing an issue. Easy app to use. Feel very taken care of here!

The water pipe to my toilet started leaking on a weeknight around 11 pm. I knew I couldn't leave for the next day because it would eventually flood my bathroom. I called the after hours maintenance line and explained the situation. The worker let me know that he is off-site so would take about 45 minutes. I spent that time in the bathroom baling the leaking water from little buckets. When the work arrived, he got to work quickly and quietly. He tightened the pipe connections and cleaned up the area to better than when he arrived.
