Tamerlane Apartments

I lived at Tamerlane Apartments for about 6 years. Not the fanciest place to be but I always felt safe. The rent is inexpensive and it gets cheaper if your income declines. A place to get by for sure. I lived in section 3 which was the nicest in my opinion. The second section very looked safe and it was not clean and didn’t looked renovated. There were many rumors about that section.

Nice Apts remodeling at the moment

Been on the waiting list over a year now and when I go to call for updates now I have to start an application over again to be put on the list again. Unreal and no thanks..

Horrible place to live...I was there for 5 yrs and left after my son was kidnapped by a pedifile who lived in the next building. Management knew all abt him and didn't care!! When he was released from jail..way after I left I heard he was allowed to move right back in!!! There was 3 different changes to office staff while I was there...like everyone fired and new people rehired...including maintenance!

I'm very happy that God provides👍 we need more low-income housing places all around America and around the world 🌍 for people who are going through that struggle👍😕 but it's sad because places like this people don't do things to better themselves they just get a government check and do drugs and alcohol abuse and the place just goes downhill 😡👎 A ghetto place
