Office personnel were very professional and polite! Easy and excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable. Property is beautiful buildings are old but they are gradually updating all. Been here 3 weeks and love it! Very quiet and neighbors are nice.

It was a smooth process once there was availability. Conner and the team were great. Looking forward to signing a lease and setting up utilities.

I would like to say a special thank you to my sales specialist Yuri. I called the office to inquire about a 2 bedroom and Yuri was professional, polite and to her word. Every time she said she will give me a call the next day she did so with information that was needed. I got processed and approved within a couple of days. Thank you Yuri for all your attention. I appreciate all you did. I am excited to be part of your community.

So far, it’s pretty ok. The staff in the office have been pleasant. I have mixed feelings about moving here, but I’m leaning towards optimism. The rate that was listed for my apartment was not honored. So, that was disappointing. Then, I moved in a considerable amount of things throughout the day. It was most quiet, even with so many people present. Well, around 5pm, people were arriving home, and that change it all for me. I was in the bedroom, and I didn’t just know my neighbors were home, I could distinctly hear the two adults and child as if they were in the next room; every word and movement. I was shocked, to say the least. The minor issues within the apartment are being addressed, today. However, I’m just hoping that the year will be filled with more comfort than regret. I believe

My ex-girlfriend lived here for 4 years, i lived with her here for 18 months, and I know 3 people that still live in there. - I've never seen a roach inside the apartments - Never seen mice anywhere around there. - The ONLY problems we've ever had were with a few people who live there, but it was nothing serious, and you find those types of people everywhere. - Management was adequate, addressed problems we did have quickly. - IF THERE ARE PESTS, basic hygiene will keep them away from your apartment.
