Absolutely outstanding experience. I have used many home inspectors over the years. Talon Home Inspectors is the best I have seen. Carlo takes his time and focuses on each property he inspects. He isn't rushing through your potential home to get to the next. He is thoughtfully and thoroughly inspecting the home you are interested in. His reports are complete, have detailed photos of concerns whether big or small and his recommendations are invaluable. He is very fairly priced and I feel much more comfortable about the home we are purchasing. Talon Home Inspectors provides me with a level of confidence about what we are buying and I thank him very much for that.

Talon Home Inspections conducted a home inspection for us and saved us from what could have been a very expensive mistake. Further, the detailed report was user friendly and a great resource. Edit 12/27/24: The first home we had insepcted with Carlo we ended up passing on due in part to his expert identification of significant complications with the home. Having felt confident and trusting in Carlo and his inspection we chose to utilize his skills again for a second home. Again, Carlo found major structural complications with this second home that would have cost multiplicities of tens of thousands of dollars to repair. Carlo's work has proven reproducible through and trustworthy, and due to his efforts in helping us understand prospective home purchases, he has saved us now multiple times from potentially catastrophic purchases that would have put our financial well being, health, and safety in jeopardy. If i could rate Carlo higher than 5/5, i would. this man deserves a 10/5

We have been extremely impressed with the home inspection done by Carlo Barone. The report was very thorough, detailed and helpful. Carlo also took the time to explain all current and potential issues found during the inspection. Buying a home is a huge investment so you really want the best of the best to inspect it before you make this decision. We highly recommend Carlo for this crucial job.
