I've lived at Elk Place property on N Clinton Avenue for over a year, and the lack of concern for the most tenants is unbelievable. Complaints, not just by me, fall on deaf ears by the staff here, and management that live off-site. In order to not to get police involved, management is contacted regarding property destruction, illegal drug sales and use, and harassment/threats of some tenants over other tenants. It has been the hope that management will address the issues but management expects for the affronted tenants to "handle" the situation themselves.
