Tall Pines Apartments

Lived at this place October 2023 until December 2024 it was the worst place to put money in rent. A two bedroom apartment that was filled with mice in the whole building and roaches. Complaints were made requests for rent reduction and change of unit was made but they wanted more money and the exterminators were inadequate and ineffective no matter how many times they were sent out. Called the health department then they retaliated to evict us. The mice ruined the carpet by pissing and shitting all over the house and the smell of Amonia was horrible. The mice even crawled in bed while we were asleep and in my newborns bassinet. Til this day they want the unpaid rent even when they dropped thecharges on us. Wonderful experience from application to being a resident. Every employee I have worked with has gone above and beyond to help me with all my needs, big and small. The apartment itself is beautiful and actually is pest free. Looking forward to many happy years living here.

Please be aware, the office dont care about ac orders, my bge bill went over $300 for a single person living with her dog, since April, they take forever to come because if its not a medical reason on your lease is not a priority, and when they come they will tell your ac is working fine, even though you explained there is no way you are using of $300 worth of energy specially with no laundry inside the apartment and is just ONE person living in it. I have pictures and videos of my apartment at 91 and 98 degrees at 10:30 pm, but again, when they come they will tell you “its working fine because I set it up to 66 degrees and my machine is reading its blowing at 66 degrees”. Im not expert and still know that not how acs work, it should be at least 10 degrees lower, I let living next to drug

I submitted a maintenance request on October 5th for my non-working dishwasher. Since then, I have made two calls and submitted a second maintenance request. Someone did eventually show up on October 15th and looked at the dishwasher. That's all he did. No tools, no opening the dishwasher. And, then he left. It is now October 16th and I have received multiple email requests for me to leave a follow-up review after my service request. For the service I still have yet to receive. So, here is the review that you requested.

I lived there for almost 5 years. And I absolutely loved it. At times I had a few issues with management but it definitely wasn’t bad. I didn’t deal with rodents, or roaches. I would definitely recommend this as a first time apartment. I still recommend them til this day! I also had the remodeled 1bed and den. And was on the 3rd floor.
