I had an amazing experience with Talavera Apartments, even after moving out. I recently forgot to update my shipping address, and a package was delivered to my old apartment—eight months after I had left. Sara, the property manager, truly went above and beyond. She coordinated with the current tenants to collect the item, printed the shipping label I sent her, and personally handed it off to the UPS driver. That level of kindness and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated. When I lived at Talavera Apartments, my experience was consistently great. It’s one of the best places to live in Santa Fe. Talavera Apartment Homes is an amazing place to live beside being affordable apartments are very nice and spacious. Also, the staff are very helpful and have been able to solve every one of my issues I’ve had. Definitely recommend!

Very supportive office staff. Been renting for over 19 years in various properties in Santa Fe and Albuquerque and this is by far the best management staff and maintenance staff I have ever seen at any apartment complex in either city even in the same company!
