I want to thank Claudia for her excellent customer service and professionalism. She was very helpful throughout the entire application process, taking the time to show me the apartments and the community. Claudia also helped me complete my application and made sure to accommodate my preference for the sunrise side of the building. I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and dedication to making the process smooth and comfortable.

They keep deleting my sister's reviews so here is mine this place is the most disgusting apartment i have ever seen ever... my sister just moved here and already she have experienced lies and deseption from the rental office. They are unprofessional. they are not doing anything to improve by any means... the only need they have is collecting their rent that is it.. the whole building stank... someone stole packages... for any problem and you call the office they direct you to put a review on Google.... they towed my car and when we called they said they have nothing to do with the parking. I can't wait for her to move out. It is going to be a long year. DO NOT Move hear...

I would like to give praises to Edwin for the outstanding work that he completed in my Unit, he always go above and beyond to complete the work assigned to him, he gives 💯 percent every time. Edwin is an asset to the Takoma Towers apartment community. Thank you, Ms. DH

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!! Takoma towers have been the most disgusting and unsafe place I have ever stayed in. If i could give 0 stars i would! Not only do they have roaches, they also have mice. There is also a leak every month in the building on all floors during the winter. (It takes months for them to fix the heaters during the winter and longer to fox the AC during the summer) The elevators are always broken which means forced cardio for the residents. Elderly people and handicaps can't even live here at all. Recently, they demanded that the residents pay for parking every month at the price of 20$-$100 and charge for a guest parking pass 20$ with an extra $7 every night the car stays in the parking lot! You would think that with that much money the landlord would hire security to make
