Colonnade at the Creek

I’ve lived here since march this year. The hot water doesn’t last longer than like 10 minutes. As of August, I noticed mouse droppings in my kitchen and immediately put in a maintenance request. A few days later the request was marked as ‘cancelled’ and no one has came by to handle the issue. To this day, October 1st, there is still a mouse problem as I have spotted one today. I will be reaching out to the county because this is unacceptable and so unsafe.

I live here and the issue with the hot water is real I’m a whole veteran and I took better showers in boot camp I pay 1350 for a one bed room and can’t get simple hot water the flooring sucks literally can hear my every step and the walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors the neighborhood is safe but the maintenance here is the issues I will be paying the court until they fix my water it’s ridiculous

Live here 2 years and it was great very clean very safe neighborhood, friendly neighborhood. The only complaint was the hot water only lasted 6hrs at a time

Sick this is very sick, bedbugs, raccoon in ceiling, medium spiders, roaches, carpenter ants and mice that dig their way into your home, you feel like you can’t live, this is the second time I’ve asked for pest control and they say yes 2weeks..and nothing from the office, there’s no ventilation so you have to open a window when you shower so hot water makes paint chip and mold grows, maintenance is a joke and there are x’s on the ceiling for repairs that should’ve been done over a month ago. Laundry room is in a different building and you have to set a timer because people steal your clean laundry. Ghetto Banshee neighbors live in the building with dog so expect barking when your trying to sleep and babies making noise. You can find 420 and coke dealers in other buildings. If the building
