Lack of communication and transparency relating to the timeline to complete the building from the Senior Property Manager and the leasing team are very disappointing. The information provided prior to signing the lease is quite different from reality and there is a serious lack of ownership in managing the situation in a professional manner. The apartment was not finished nor cleaned to the highest standards when I moved in. The facilities are not fully operational and despite having asked several times for an update, I’ve been either ignored or told ‘please be patient’. Hopefully top management realises that this is not the way to deal with residents and put in charge individuals who are more eager to communicate and deal with issues more efficiently.

Carlos Padilla is the best! He is super helpful, friendly, professional, and always goes above and beyond! I will miss seeing Carlos first thing every morning, he always started off my day with well wishes for a good one ahead! Thank you for everything Carlos and good luck on your new adventure!
