When my wife and I discussed building our year-round home in Carova, Tab was at the top of the list to do the job. From start to finish, our build took about a year. That included me traveling from Maine to Carova to look at parcels of land for sale and make a decision. Tab assisted me in that process as well. He drove around with me to look at land and give me his thoughts on the properties. Positives and negatives. We dealt mostly with Mike Nicholson (project manager) on our build. He was responsive to our many, many questions we had through out the build. It was indeed a learning process. When we build our next home (vacation rental) Tab will be the one we choose to do the job again. Overall, very professional and easy to deal with. 10 Stars
