To start we came down June 10th after reserving a house with this company 6 plus months ago and it was dirty with the dishwasher full of dirty dishes and various rooms needing things picked up from previous families being at the house toys etc. Not that big of a deal but the air conditioning went out the 4th night we were here and we told the realty company as well as the owner of the property at 8:52 am the next morning.
