Simone was amazing throughout our entire apartment process. She helped us with both the tour and the application, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. She was extremely helpful, very nice, and most importantly, transparent about every step of the process. We always knew what to expect thanks to her clear communication. Let me just say that the office staff here is amazing. I had a tour with Kendra and she was just so knowledgeable about the apartments and such a pleasant person to speak to. I have yet to make a decision, but this one is at the top of my list. Thank you again for your time and attention Kendra you are amazing!!!

I have been a resident at this complex for around 6 months. Sync has a parking permit registration app. If you don’t have your car registered you will get towed for parking in the complex. My car is registered and has been since I moved in. My car was having some mechanical issues so the dealership issued me a loaner vehicle. I arrived at the complex later in the evening, upon arrival I had a family emergency that had me leave the complex. I got back after 10pm and with everything going I didn’t register the loaner. When I got up this morning to head out for work it was towed. The vehicle clearly said loaner in rather large letters on the back windshield and the parking lot was not close to being full. I lived here for roughly 4 years, & it was a decent time. Pros: • Decently quiet, though I’m sure units closer to the pool were not as quiet. There is a GMC/Construction building behind it & I rarely ever heard anything. • Elevators (I want to say the elevator in the hallway I was in was only down maybe twice out of the 4 years I was there) • Gatewise for gates, which also worked from long distances which was nice. • Right behind a Walmart so grocery pick-ups only took maybe 5minutes. Dollar Store, NTB, Whataburger as well • Valet Trash • In unit laundry • When I first moved in 4 years ago, they gave me a lovely “Welcome Home” gift (not sure if this is still occurring at this time). It definitely made me feel welcome • You had the option for a credit builder which cost $5.99 when you paid

If you’re looking for a place to live this is not the place to live. There are many apartments in this area that have great management and actually take care of their people. My husband and i have lived here for a year and a half. The constant fire alarms going off at 4am and management not doing a single thing about it. We’ve had people living above us and they were so quiet and fantastic. They unfortunately moved out and we got the loudest most annoying upstairs neighbors. They allow their kids to do whatever they constantly stomp, jump and run all day long and management told us that they could move us out to a different unit um no take care of the issue… I emailed the manager twice and never got a response from her, i’ve called the courtesy officer so many times that this last time
