UPDATE August 11th, 2025 Maintenance here is great. Those guys are amazing. I'm dissatisfied with how long our AC took to get fixed, but it seems like this is an upper management level issue. This is not to the fault of anyone at the leasing office or anyone in maintenance. It took a while to get sorted but truly everyone was understanding and kind. I work from home, so living for almost three weeks in a 77-80 degree apartment was rough. I want to emphasize how kind the maintenance workers are here and how hard they work for us! August 9th, 2025 I've lived here since Feb of 2024 and have had little issue living here up until the summer of 2025. Our air conditioning has been out for over a week in the 95+ degree heat. I recently moved in, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The staff made the entire process—from paperwork to move-in—so simple and stress-free. Everyone in the office has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and filled with friendly neighbors. It truly feels like home already. I’m so glad I chose to live here! ☺️

Julissa Garcia was very knowledgeable and professional very respectful and made me feel safe and comfortable to open up and ask questions pertaining to the property. Was willing to work with me for a move-in and the two gentlemen that also worked at the property was very polite and warm, welcoming as well. The property nice clean and secured. I've lived here for well over 2 years. Most of all I haven't had any issues. My main complaint recently is that I'm having a hard time parking in front of my own apartment complex. Lately, I've noticed many residents brining their worktrucks home and leaving them parked in front of the building. On top of that, you have people who live in the townhomes next door using up the parking spaces at my unit instead of parking their cars in the garage. I sometimes have to park near the unit next door and walk all the way to my own unit. If you have a garage, use it to park your vehicle. If you have residents that are bringing their work vehicles home and already have a personal vehicle, have them park their work trucks at the spots further away from the unit. Just moved in and LOVE everything so far! The folks in the office are great and the location is super easy to all the things I need. Must have looked at 9-12 properties and Sync has the best gym without question.
