SYNC at Mueller

My parents and brother live here and it has been an absolute nightmare for them. If you’re considering moving here PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t. My brothers bike was dragged from the 2nd floor of the parking garage to the basement and left there by someone. There’s footage on my parent’s Tesla of someone going around and trying to open every car door. My parents have had 4-5 packages stolen including a brand new $1400 phone and $200 earphones. Someone has the master key to the USPS lockers. It’s gotten so bad they can’t even order anything to their own address. I live up at the domain and they order everything to my house and drive all the way up here to pick packages up. All of these have been notified to management and all they do is just listen and take the complaint but what’s the use wh

Safety and security here is top tier! Sure there’s a new fob system but that doesn’t stop people from breaking into cars in the garage with an exit gate that is ajar at all times, using the broken exterior doors throughout the building to squat, sleep in the halls, steal mail from the mailroom, or use drugs in utility closets!

Do not live here. The one-star reviews are accurate. While I was living here, my apartment flooded, despite management knowing the unit was at risk of flooding before I signed the lease. They still allowed me to move in. After the flood, we had to throw away everything that had touched the floor. The entire experience, dealing with insurance, management, and being forced to move out on short notice, was extremely stressful and traumatic. When they relocated me to a new unit, I was required to complete an inventory form noting existing issues. I specifically documented problems with the carpet. Management has since claimed they do not have this intake form and is now accusing me of damaging the carpet and charging me for a full replacement. They are also falsely claiming the carpet was bra

Run down complex with serious security issues, AVOID! I’ve lived here for over a year now, and the whole place can only be described as dingy. For example, there is a massive stain on the first floor stairwell near the gym that looks like either someone vomited, threw a bottle of chocolate milk, or a dog had an “accident” on the wall, that has been there for a literal YEAR. And it’s huge! The whole building smells like mildew and dead mice, from the lobby through all the hallways. The units themselves have received the “landlord special” far too many times, and many of the fixtures and finishes need to just be entirely replaced. Chiefly amongst all my grievances is the security. Package and automobile theft are a rampant issue that management does not seem interested in truly solving. Poor

Major theft and security issues. Do not live here. Your packages WILL get stolen. Your car WILL get broken into. And the front office will do nothing but deflect. For 6 months living here you could walk from the street all the way into the gym because they didn't want to fix the door locks. So instead they left the whole main building wide open. When painting the exterior, they decided to leave the garage open 100% of the time. Anyone could come in and mess with out cars. Now the garage is broken again and the whole thing is wide open. Other tenants are stealing other tenants packages. I've had 3 packages go missing and was told to call the Locker service. When I asked Sync to pull CCTV data they told me they wouldn't do that or work me and that the request would need to come from FedEx
