AVOID THIS PLACE Disorganized and rude Management & Filthy Hallways My experience here was a nightmare, defined by a complete lack of property upkeep and management that simply does not care about its Tenants. The "Tour" Trap & Inconvenient Layout Beware when they show you an apartment. During the tour, they take a shortcut through the pool area to make the walk seem short from the garage. In reality, may be massive trek from the parking garage to your unit. This is especially frustrating because the building does not provide carts or dollies. If you have heavy packages or groceries, vou are entirelv on vour own no carts or dollies. Unsanitary Conditions • Filthy Hallways: The floors in the hallways are absolutely disgusting. I wanted to wait until I had been living here for at least 2 weeks before giving a review. Within 3 days of moving in a pipe broke (not my fault) and flooded the bathroom. Luckily I was home and able to put a bin to catch a lot of the water to prevent further damages. Maintenance was fast and have been with all my requests I’ve made. Within 2 weeks they’ve had to unstop the tub due to stagnant water (maybe from a previous tenant), fix the air x2 ( first time it smelled like rotten eggs and the second time due to cooling), and of course fix the ceiling due to the leak. Latayia in the rent office is great. The walls are EXTREMELY thin!!! Out of all the places I’ve lived this the worst. I have had the most horrific experience here I moved in on 2/19 and my neighbor above me has been the worst apartment experience ever. The way they slam doors, cabinets, they drag stuff, play catch with the dog inside and every thing else is quite ridiculous and quite frankly disgusting. I have been in apartments my whole adult life and this has been crazy. I have reached out to management but nothing has been resolved my sleep is non existent. DO NOT RENT HERE, the matter of peace and quiet are non existent. I can deal with the train and car sounds but someone living in an apartment above others as if they own the building is INSANE. I waited to post this to see if it would get better, it has not. If anything changes I’ll update accordingly. I can’t wait to move. 12 long months to go.

I have been living at Sync at Jonquil since October 2023. I moved out January 3rd 2026. My lease was up on Jan 21st. Never missed a payment. Never been late. Kept the property in good shape. Never cause any trouble. During my move out process, I had plenty of correspondence with Julitza. The two other representatives in the office, property manager Dana and the receptionist who’s name I do not have really didn’t provide any assistance when Julitza in not office. Numerous times my spouse has had issues with receiving things in a timely manner and getting questions answered to properly prepare for move out. Maintenance inspected our apartment and stated no extra charges will be applied. I got charged for a tile cleaning in the bathroom that was exact same when we moved in. How am I getting c

My experience at Sync was one of the best tours I’ve had! I recently moved to Atlanta and have been searching for a new home, and I can honestly say this property is at the top of my list. Julitza was extremely helpful, attentive, and made sure to understand everything I was looking for. She made the entire tour smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
