Symphony Property Management

The people working for them in Erie PA are the least helpful humans I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I signed my lease renewal in December and they just realized last week after being bothered for months that they never filed their end of the prior lease properly. Now they're refusing to do their jobs and are telling me "corporate" (Symphony Management) is saying I should be punished for Kayla and Amy doing their jobs poorly. Unacceptable. I've contacted an attorney in case they continue wanting to be hostile and lazy.

UPDATE - Between here and my review on the Parklane website close to 6,000 people have read the review so I wanted to provide and update. As of 10/25 The New York State Division of Human Rights has found Probable Cause of Discrimination against me and a hearing is being scheduled. Symphony Property Management has no care for the tenants of Parklane and no care for the property itself. Please know this company is not accredited with the BBB and reaching any high level individuals within the company is near impossible. I was a resident of Parklane South for 5 years without ever paying rent late. I was sent my lease renewal in June of this year, it was accepted and locked in. I was congratulated on renewing and was told management would call soon to sign the new lease. To my shock, 2 days lat

I was told to speak with Jennifer at the symphony management department regarding the fact that they did not do their job in signing a security deposit cheque being returned to us. When asking if it could be expedited instead of waiting another 2 weeks for the cheque she started to yell and hung up on the phone. Ever since then has been directly hanging up my calls. Completely unprofessional and beyond rude for an individual in this line of work!

Unit renovations are very nicely done, leasing team including Tracy and Ty were above and beyond helpful during our apartment search. Highly recommend!
