Symphony Homes - Amber Fields

I thought it would be helpful for those looking to purchase in this neighborhood to make note that Symphony Homes sold the 4 most northern lots to North Davis Preparatory Academy. NDPA has been asked by neighbors not to have an access gate of any kind. NDPA has not agreed to this request. I would not want to buy a home in Amber Field's without knowing this information. I would have a more favorable review of Symphony Homes if they had been more upfront about this transaction and if they would work with NDPA to prevent an access of any kind into the neighborhood. Symphony builds very nice, very expensive homes. I think it would be in their best interest to ensure their newly built neighborhood stays free of increased school traffic.

Insured company mattered when a small water line issue happened, they handled repairs immediately and professionally.

Did some road construction here. Although it’s off the beating path this here is a hidden gem. With Utah growing everyday this is a beautiful spot not even 25 mins from downtown.
