Symphony at OneNorth Apartments

As a contractor who works regularly with Symphony at OneNorth, I can honestly say this is a top-tier community with an outstanding management team. From scheduling to on-site coordination, communication is always clear, professional, and timely. The team truly takes pride in the property, and it shows in the level of detail, organization, and overall care that goes into maintaining the community. It’s refreshing to work with a group that values quality, accountability, and strong vendor partnerships. If you’re looking for a luxury living experience backed by a well-run and highly professional management company, I would absolutely recommend this community.

Very pleased with our new propery manger, Justin Lord! He is very courteous, promt in responding and thorough when helping us with questions or problems. Abe, our maintenance tech responds to requests in a timely manner. When asked questions he demonstrates great care and takes account for my hearing loss. He always cleans up after himself. The ladies and gentlemen that do the community cleaning are very good. They do a great job vacuuming and not hitting our apartment door. They are very courteous and respectful. The outside of the building is also always kept clean and the overall condition of the building is well maintained. The dog owners in the building do a great job following the rules.

I have had a wonderful experience working with the team at Symphony. I appreciate our growing partnership, they are understanding and answer in a timely matter. Working with them is never a hassle. They always care about the quality and cleanliness of the building and advocate for the changes needed in order to achieve that. Justin and Lauren are always very attentive and helpful, they really demonstrate they care about the residence and vendors, they maintain a professionalism I look forward to when speaking to them.

I love calling Symphony home! The building is clean, quiet, and safe. My apartment gets a ton of natural light from the huge windows. I also love the amenities, specifically the package room, intercom system, and onsite gym. Erin is a wonderful property manager who is super knowledgeable about the building and quick to get maintenance requests in motion. I’d recommend this building for anyone looking for a high quality, modern place to call home.

Justin & Abe have been wonderful in assisting with any issues. Minor ones at that!! They keep the apartment building in great shape. The location & apartment are superb. Spacious 2 bedroom with balcony has floor to ceiling windows.
