Living at Prospect Towers has been an overall great experience. I have an amazing view of Lake Michigan from my apartment, large wall-length windows and a cozy unit with ample storage space. The pool, vending machines, carts to carry my groceries, and daily coffee during the week in the community room are added bonuses! It’s also just a few steps from Brady street and the Oak leaf trail. Perfect in the summer time! On Friday’s there are tasty pastries set out for residents which present opportunities to foster relationships with staff and other residents. The front desk staff and the ladies in the office have always been available to help with concerns in my apartment or my parking. I feel safe living here because there is front desk staff and a locked parking garage. Overall, It’s a nice

This is a safety hazard. Located at 523 Sunnyslope Dr in Hartland Wi. Cant see coming down the stairs, it’s worse at night. Theres a fire door that is supposed to be kept closed but have to keep it open for daylight to creep down the stairs.

False advertisement of amenities, building fire alarm constantly goes off in the middle of the night, causing fire department to arrive on a weekly basis. Maintainence crew blocking residential parking spots and driving pathways while on smoke breaks, emergency maintainence line does not work. Roof collapsed and leaked into my bedroom destroying upstairs carpet, all of my belongings in my closet and downstairs, yet no one showed up to fix any of this. I was not reimbursed for any of my own items or labor. Nothing was fixed. I was laughed at and treated poorly by property managers and hung up on. Run.

Katz is a wonderful living community! I am very happy with how well they take care of their tenants and surrounding communities. Maintenance is top tier especially with serious issues that are in need of immediate assistance. The facility crew came over to work on an issue past normal work hours and what impressed me the most they did not do a rush job or slap a band aid on top of it. They ensured it was taken care of thoroughly to ensure that my family and I were safe and comfortable! I’ve lived in buildings where maintenance wouldn’t be available past normal office hours. I’m extremely appreciative and grateful. Thank you to the hard working team at Katz!

Living in this building has been an absolute pleasure, and a big reason for that is Maddie, the property manager. She’s truly amazing—always responsive, professional, and kind. Since she took over as manager, you can really see the difference she’s made in improving the overall living experience. Her dedication and attention to detail have made this building feel like home.
