Sylvan Springs Senior Apartments

I currently live here. It’s a terrible place to live. They have a group of ladies that Stephanie allows to pick on others. Well some people are making unwarranted complaints from the ladies, They don’t approve of me smoking marijuana. I do believe what that’s why they make up false claims. They are trying to make me leave. They are prejudice. Stephanie just gave me a 30 day notice and I can’t possibly move in 30 days so I told her to evict me I just moved in 5 months ago, with and that emptied my savings. Stephanie is very 2 faced. She’s so sweet on the outside and friendly. But I have caught her in lies. And there’s a man named Bob, he’s her helper. He constantly complains and can be very rude. He followed me to the Trash Can today and kept yelling at me. So I cursed at him for the first

A family member is a resident. Everyone is very friendly, staff and residents alike. It is clean, safe, and well maintained. A great place to have your loved one live and not only be treated with respect, caring and like family, but to feel safe and involved. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Very happy here

My air conditioning was out for over 2 months. It was terrible. My bath room light has been out almost 3month .a resident has the code for lock box for the master key if some one gets locked out of their apt. This is very scary For I don't trust her the manager is never here. So the person who has the code for the keyis a self appointed manager. All I can say beware !!!!!!!

Sylvan springs apt is very nice but the apt that I lives in got a very bad smells it like dogs and cats poop or sew.I told the office manager about problems many times. This is a poorly management company just don't give a care about there senior welfare and health.

My mother lives in Sylvan Springs apartments,she’s been without air conditioning for going on three months now,they put a window unit in that doesn’t even cool the apartment and triples the price of your electric bill,they don’t repair anything,every year the rent goes up,it’s not affordable housing,bedrooms really small
