The Sydgan Corporation has done an outstanding job in revitalizing the heart of downtown Winter Park. As a full-time resident in Hannibal Square, there is no surprise why people love being here. The neighborhood is welcoming, with shopkeepers, restaurant owners, and residents coming together as each other's neighbors, patrons, and friends. I could not have asked for better support from Sydgan upon moving in, as their crew was friendly and fast, with their office staff ready to assist me if I had any questions. Love my apartment and love my neighborhood. Keep up the good work!

Dealt with Sydney and Olivia and they deal with their future tenants very poorly and dishonest, hope nobody uses them for any future management or any purpose!

Our company leased a commercial building from Sydgan until we outgrew the location. They were always very responsive and accommodating if we had any issues.
