Sycamore Square Apartments

This was an easy move in process. My Agent guided me from start to finish. Love that. Just moving in but I am looking forward to my new home. I happen to think the apartments are lovely. The staff was very respectful to me. Thank you Ana.

Staff is nothing but rude in the office, maintenance can’t be bothered to clean the hallways! I had to write the date in the dust on railing to get anyone to notice how disgusting it was! Now that I’ve been move out for MORE THAN 30 DAYS! I still have yet to receive my deposit back from them! When asked if I would get one, they said, it should be sent out. They can’t even be bothered to check the status of an $800.00 check! They also claim they will send me the check in the mail….this place at the end of the day is nothing but a scam! DON’T LIVE HERE! I will be reporting them to the BBB for failure to receive my deposit. To the staff in the office: Get off your pedestal and realize you are no better than the gum stuck to the bottom of my shoe. (Except Bob the maintenance man, he’s cool.)

Lived here for two years, and the staff in the office is nothing but RUDE! I could never get a straight answer from them. It’s been well over 30 days and I still haven’t gotten my $800.00 deposit back. When asked about the deposit check they said “It should have been sent out.” Clearly this place doesn’t care about your money, they can’t even be bothered to check a status of a deposit refund. I will be reporting them to the BBB, and very well the Attorney General, at the end of the week for failure to refund my deposit, let alone letting me know if I would even get one.

Sycamore Square looks like nice apartments but have a lot of issues. First, the staff is unfriendly and will do the bare minimum to help. The maintenance techs do a job halfway then close your work order. The apartments have the perfect environment for mold growth and when we had maintenance come check it out they just told us to get a dehumidifier and that was it. The photos I posted are from behind my couch that I didn’t think to move while I lived there. Truly disgusting. The move out took the cake with us getting charged for the stupidest and smallest stuff…. I work in property management and I know for a fact the stuff they charged for they will not replace. If you need a cheap place to live it’s good for that but you truly get what you pay for.

Horrible took my deposit had me set up utilities renters insurance etc...then waited till Friday afternoon to decline my application and then Im told they could hold my deposit for 30 days..thanks alot...wasted 2-3 days and still no place to live.
