My husband and I just moved into the Sycamore Creek Village Community and we love our home. The upgrades to the interior, the Smart Home set up and the gym/pool access are just a few reasons we are extremely pleased with our chose. Thank you Management for such a great welcoming!!

If you live here or are moving in Make sure to document EVERYTHING lisa will definitely hit you with post move charges take pictures of everything and bug them every month with all repairs ive talk to multiple people who get charged over 1000 for weeds in the patio trust me they are rude and shady look everywhere

If I could give this property zero stars, I would. For context, we were good tenants, always paid rent on time, and left the apartment in decent condition. Living here is fine but the rent is ridiculously high for the area and not worth it. The worst part is that management will REAM you when you move it. They are charging us over $1,400 to fix the weed damage in the yard when it was their fault we had such severe weeds in the first place. They did not install a weed barrier before we moved in and the weeds grew at insane rates throughout our 3 years living there. We couldn’t keep up with it, but pulled out as much as we could before we left. On move out, they are now charging us the cost of fixing the mistake by adding in a weed barrier and doing it right this time, on our dime, which is
