I currently reside here after moving from Alameda. Full amenities (laundry & pool) I'm a stay at home retired Army veteran so city /highway traffic isn't a burden. Bart is within convenient walking distance. Safeway, Walmart, FoodMaxx within 2 miles. Overrated Whole Foods is 300 feet away (maybe a perk if you're vegan). There are a variety of restaurants nearby. Routine property maintenance and onsite security patrol assures health and safety. Police sirens are a constant, but I think it's to show a presence as police officers actually work for their check -- where if an emergency happens and you call 911 it's not an act of Congress or a fine tune of a mood/attitude for an officer to show up. GREAT LOCATION if you don't mind COCKROACHES. My son lived there for several years and was recently able to move out. The location is fantastic with everything close. However, even though my son tried everything about cleanliness, roach treatments, etc. his apartment had significant cockroach problems. He could not control what came in from outside his apartment and the management would never get rid of the cockroach problem.

I'm having a wonderful experience living in this apartment! The location is unbeatable—close to public transportation, shops, and great restaurants. The building itself is well-maintained, with clean common areas and a responsive management team. My apartment is spacious, with plenty of natural light and modern finishes. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, making it a peaceful place to live. The amenities (gym, pool, etc.) are top-notch and well-kept. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were addressed quickly and efficiently. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and safe place to call home.

We have serious concerns about the security in this community. The area does not feel safe, as there have been multiple incidents of vehicle-related thefts, including stolen tires and attempted rim thefts. The open-gated setup allows anyone to enter, making it easy for outsiders to come in without restriction. No CCTV cameras installed. Improved security measures, such as controlled access, surveillance cameras, and increased patrols, are urgently needed to ensure the safety of residents and their property. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this community as a secure place to live.

This community has become increasingly unsafe due to rising crime, including tire thefts. The lack of effective management, such as not utilizing CCTV, exacerbates the issue. I recommend that people consider alternative living options where safety and security are prioritized, allowing residents to thrive without the constant fear of crime.
