Sycamore Apartments

Everything is great except the poor management. They never keep on their words nor promptly respond. We were informed to get two separate parking before moving in. Afterwards they assigned tandem parking which has caused lots of trouble to manage. It’s been more than three weeks we moved in and every time I visit them they promise us they will get back. Till date they haven’t even bothered to work on this issue. Crew involved, - David (Person claimed to be head or manager) - Anthony (Person who promised us the separate parking before moving in)

Not recomendé I leave here for two years and my car just got stolen and when you report they don’t care, neibors have many complain because some one brake in to her car while was on the garage that have gate and a lot of the tines you find it open during the night and al they said is call your insurance , another neighbor I found she is moving after 6 years here because some one also Brake in to the car few times and she don’t feel safe anymore, your mail is not safe someone still mail and the company do nothing about it they don’t have cameras onli certain areas but if you request to se the videos they refuse to giving to you. Is so sad that we paid so much money to have a safe place to leave and you realice that is the worse place and feel very insecure being here is think is time to mo

Additionally, there have been consistent issues with security including mailbox and car thefts

5 stars to the amazing HVAC team and especially to Daniel for taking care of the unit and making it working as brand new ! Current sycamore residents!

I visited my daughter here at her boyfriend's. The are apt are nice.
