Swiss Chalet Apartments

Nice and clean apartments for a fair price in a quiet nice area close to the village and canal. Would give 5 stars because we really loved the unit but in my opinion management is rather unprofessional, snarky, and neglectful. In one year our apartment was entered twice without notice (we believe we were owed notice), to us LL appeared slow to provide timely updates about urgent repairs without being badgered, and they also tried to overcharge us when doing deductions from the security deposit, which they finally returned a week past the legal deadline after many emails. Overall just seemed poorly organized and like management is unaware of their own practices and rules. Lovely place to live if you can escape interacting with management. Very nice apartments. I am looking for a new place to live and my friends invited me to visit them here. Very nice area, very well kept. I don't know how to find out if they are taking applications for renters, but I was extremely impressed.

Just be cognizant that you pay all utilities including parking, extra for garage and extra for storage.
