From the moment we met Mr Swisher to the day we settled on our sale and new purchase, we were blown away! Dan was always available to us and made us feel as though we were his only and most important clients. Dan broke down complex details and explained things that made us feel at ease. It was very nerve wracking but Dan never left our side. It also didn’t hurt that he had sold our house in 7 days from listing and then helped us negotiate a short term rent back while our new construction was completed. Dan is the best in his class.
