Hunter was so helpful and professional. He was so kind and thoughtful when helping me choose the right apartment. Answered all of my questions and even emailed me follow ups. Thank you hunter! When I discovered my dryer was not working, the office manager Brianna put a request to have Brandon come out and fix it that week! They were both very kind. Brandon was timely in fixing the issue, very kind, and very respectful towards my space here at swiftwater apartments. This team really understands the common fears tenants may have and respond accordingly. Highly recommend this place and thank you Brandon, Hunter, and Brianna :)

This place is an absolute train wreck. First, this complex is NOT accredited with the BBB and for good reason. PLEASE save yourself the hassle and look at reviews from multiple websites not just google. The management and staff constantly turnover so there is never anyone in the office who has an ounce of a clue what they are doing. It seems like every month we have a new property manager who is just as unhelpful as the last. I went to speak with the current property manager, Brianna, who not only tried to kick me out of the clubhouse that I pay to utilize because she didn't like that I was upset and frustrated with the living conditions. Just recently moved in a few days ago and I’m so happy with how easy the process has been. The leasing office team was wonderful from beginning to end and very helpful. Mary and Lexi were very welcoming and helped with any move-in nervousness I had. The community is beautiful and quiet. Will definitely be recommending :) Updated review: I have been living here since September 2025. The maintenance team has been the BEST part of this post move-in renting experience. Brandon, Douglas and Angie work exceptionally hard and ALWAYS do their best to handle any issues timely and efficiently. I submitted two maintenance issues and they were at my door in 25 minutes to fix them. This experience would NOT be the same without them.

Welcome new renters! I hope you have a taste for new rules all the time! Some of the greatest hits include the newest rule, quiet time between 7pm and 10 am. Another great hit is making sure you, and pay attention females, wear cover ups to the poorly maintained pool. If you have signed a lease, non smoking in the 10 feet, no 20 feet, and now no smoking on premises. But and here is the most BS part of the 2000 dollar you will pay for a 2 bedroom, there is NO CARE OR LANDSCAPING EVER.

Worst experience I've ever had for multiple reasons. 1. They talked me into paying to apply -- never got back to me. 2. I went in to get an update and they told me to pay off a debt (hundreds) I didn't know about and I'd be approved. 3. I paid it let them know... and they never got back to me. 4. I went in a few times to check in, and was blown off. They kept saying they'd get back to me and never did. So, I wasted money, missed out on some other home possibilities due to false promises of getting back to me, and felt like they just treated me poorly. I was staying there in an Airbnb... which ended up to be awful anyway with the neighbors always arguing, parking is competitive, and they had to FIX A LEAK while we were there.
