This company is awesome to rent from! Helped me out in the beginning when most places were turning me down and I just needed someone to help me get back on my feet and give me an opportunity. No complaints for them at all, even allowing me to extend my lease an extra month. Well kept property and no appliances broke on me, everything works as it should. My family has expanded and well outgrown this place but I will definitely miss my little safe space. Very easy company to work with and I would 100 percent recommend them!

Just completed my move in last Friday with Aniya. I’m new to the area she suggested schools for my kids which was a huge help. Such a sweet girl. She explained everything during the move in thoroughly and completely. The property is adorable and has been well maintained. Very satisfied thus far. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I’m going to be open, honest and transparent. At first I really enjoyed working with this company . They are a little pricey and there are fees like crazy but if you communicate they work with you. Even when I was struggling financially they helped me get assistance to keep my house . Leaving this company has really disappointed me. I bought a house in October and ended my lease . I knew I would not get back my deposit or my last months rent . I have three young children and two dogs , the house had some wear and tear after two and a half years . I take responsibility for what is actually my falut . When I moved in I DID NOT receive a garage door opener and the chain on my garage was off track ( which you can see in the picture of the inspection before I moved in) it never worked . I have

Have just witnessed the most disrespectful company do a walkthrough. The lady comes with short shorts. In a bad attitude. I did not realize when you pay rent that you lose the right to privacy. Ask Amanda if everything's okay. And all she can say is we will see. They have lived in that house for 3 years four humans and two dogs. The house is clean. This house smells like essential oils. Amanda has a tendency of waiting until after rents paid to do a 7-Day violation notice. Is this a Stonewall tactic to try to keep their deposit when they move out. Doesn't sound like a very good company I would want to live in

As of today we still haven’t received our deposit back from Swift. Monday morning I’ll be in a lawyers office. We told Ashley Stodden last week we were going to pursue legal action so she sent us the disposition said we’d have our money in 3-5 days todays day 4. If anyone else is having this issue with Swift see below: Steps to take when the money is not returned Send a demand letter. Write a formal letter to your former landlord referencing the itemized statement and the specific date you received it. State that because 30 days have passed and you have not received payment, they have forfeited the right to the deposit under Iowa law. Give them a clear deadline to return the full amount. Send the letter via certified mail with a return receipt requested. This provides proof of delivery. G
