Sweetwater Town Center

I moved in a few months ago and have absolutely loved this community and getting to know the surrounding area. There is so much to do, but also calm and quiet inside no matter what’s going on outside. Every neighbor I’ve met has been so kind and welcoming. Along with the Sweetwater staff! No issues at all thus far. I love it here.

Had a great tour with Jahzamire! I ended up getting a job in Charlotte and am moving out of the area, but this is a top notch place with a super competent leasing agent. I had a good experience.

I have been living here for about nine months and was initially quite satisfied. However, in recent months I have noticed that some residents walk their dogs off-leash inside the building. These dogs have on several occasions tried to jump on me or acted aggressively. I first reported this verbally to management, but from what I could tell, they did not take it very seriously. It seems like the management does not want to address this issue in a serious way. Later, when I went a second time, they asked me to send an email, which I did. Now, if no serious inspection or enforcement is carried out regarding this issue, should I report it to the municipality? As tenants, we should not have to deal with off-leash dogs in the building, and it really shouldn’t be this difficult to ensure proper

We just moved in yesterday and are already very impressed with our new apartment. The community is clean, modern, and well maintained. The apartment itself feels spacious and comfortable, and everything was in great condition upon move-in. The staff has been very welcoming and helpful, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We’re excited to call this place home and look forward to enjoying all the amenities and the friendly atmosphere.

Absolutely horrible place to live. Most of the people who gave 5 stars just moved in, so I would keep that in mind before signing a lease. Most of the people on my floor are moving out and not resigning. Elevators were broken, water leak on my floor that caused it to smell like mildew, my dog got sick because they don’t take community safety and enforce people to leash their dogs, they shut the water off at one point, they didn’t have maintenance for over a month, the list goes on. Also, if you have a complaint about anything the main office will not acknowledge you again after that. Save your money and go anywhere other than Sweetwater.
