We have been discriminated against by Guy E. A leasing agent, in our attempt to find housing for over a month. 1st attempt, Guy E. Told us in a manufactured home community that they would only accept 1 small dog, regardless of our ESA letters. This was a month prior. Now this month, looking at a different place through sweetser properties. They were going to give us a tour of the properties until we told them about our 4 ESAs. To which Guy E again stated that company only allows 2-pet limit which he said applies to ESAs as well. I sent him documents regarding ESA laws from HUD/FHA as well as Arkansas. I even sent him the housing cases summary to show discrimination cases that have been charged to landlords who denied ESAs. He tried to apologize to which I reminded him this is the 2nd time

The apartment had a weird smell when I first moved in, but it went away after 2-3 weeks. The management is really helpful. Maintenance is always fast, and they came and unlocked my door for free when I got locked out at 8pm. I had no issues with ants/cockroaches the whole time I was here.

They are a horrible company that does not care about their tenants I have live there for multiple years and have had multiple issues with maintenance issues and this company exist to dodge responsibility I would say stay far away from this company unless you wanna lose your money. Many people have been moving out lately and it’s no surprise why. I’d give them a zero if I could.

Had to update my review unfortunately. There has been 3 vehicles in the parking lot for roughly six months. Two of the owners have 3 vehicles, one sitting on a flat tire, all tags expired. Basically everything the lease says you can't do. Multiple residents have repeatedly reported this but management never addressed it. Normally I would consider this a minor issue but the parking lot is very small, you may not have a spot if you show up too late. Definitely disappointed, they will tow you immediately for not having a parking pass, but refuse to take care of the multiple dead vehicles that seriously haven't moved in months. Only reason I didn't drop it to one star is that management was at least polite.

Absolutely terrible people working here. 4 yrs ago I moved out and now when I’m sadly needing to lease they’re telling me I owe 1825 from 4 yrs ago. With no bill being sent to me or any communication in regards to needing to pay for anything. I left the apartment scrubbed clean but left a couch. They’re saying the 1825 is a cleaning fee for when I moved but refuse to give me the itemized bill since it was 4 years ago but won’t remove what they’ve put on my renters history until I pay them. Then they were rude to me, arguing and being mad I was asking for clarifications on the next steps since they did not communicate anything to me four years ago. Sketchy place to rent through that may cost you $2000 when you don’t even live there anymore. Oh also this is over a basement apartment, rooms w
