It was such a pleasure working with Amanda, Amy and Liz!! From the moment I arrived in SC looking for a home the service I received was amazing! Each agent was friendly and knowledgeable. I will never forget how smoothly my initial meeting with Amanda went she was so knowledgeable about EVERY feature and made the process run smoothly. We are an active duty military family and we’re in Jersey for the duration of our build but I felt comfortable because I knew I had such an amazing sales agent and support team. Whenever I had any questions Amanda quickly responded! I feel so blessed because the Hammocks team truly took care of us. I could walk in or call in on any day and no matter who I got on the phone I knew I was good. I looked at several different builders and no sales agent I encounter

Only perk to this neighborhood are the neighbors. Builder will not hold themselves accountable for anything nor will they fix any of the issues in which they caused. They also keep increasing HOA fees to pay their taxes and in unsold lots in which they are responsible for. Would not recommend buying from them. Most of the 5 star reviews are from employees as well!

Neighbors are great people in general. Living here has been nice but the builders here don’t fix problems for people as promised and our HOA yearly fee is an insane amount! We pay the highest of all communities in Cane Bay from what I hear and have nothing to show for it. Tiny kids playground, tiny pool. Make sure if you buy here you talk to people in neighborhood living here first! Also when people complain on their Facebook page they remove the comments and block those people from commenting again and how you can tell is when you see the amount of comments made but only very few are actually showing. That shows crescent are shady and hide things.

Neighbors are great and we had only minimal issues with our build, however HOA remains in Crescent's inept control. They have increased dues repeatedly every year, never follow through with promises regarding amenities, and do not provide clear accountability for their spending of HOA funds.

Overall the house is fine however, nail pops will be the death of me. We recently had our one year warranty for cosmetics done provided by crescent homes. It took months of cancellations to finally get the work done. Last month we thought all the repairs where finished but unfortunately they did not actually repair the problems ( for the second time), they just covered them up... Again.Now all the nail pops that were "fixed" are crumbling and I will never buy a crescent home again. I know that nail pops are normal in a new build ,but they were not fixed properly to begin with.
