Sweetbriar Apartments

I had a swell time living at Sweetbriar for 2 years! One year was in a one bedroom and the second year was in a 2 bedroom. I unfortunately wasn't making enough to stay there and just recently moved to a less expensive apartment. Sweetbriar has pretty much everything you need at a very good price. Pro's: I don't know why people complain about dog poop because I never saw any. I loved using the back picnic area to hold events with friends and family. The apartment landscape is beautiful and kept up well with. The apartments were fairly spacial with A LOT of closet space! Everything is very clean upon arrival and I never had a bug issue of any kind. The repair man was kind and fixed the things that needed fixed. Just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I've received from our leasing manager and the entire team. They've consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. The customer service is top-notch, and it's clear that they care deeply about the tenants. Friendly faces and warm smiles always brighten my day, and I'm grateful to be living here. Thank you for all that you do.

I’ve been here for about 3/4 months and Michelle the property manager has been extremely helpful from the day I called for information to move in! She solves your problems in a timely manner and really does care about us as tenants! Jack who runs maintenance is very professional and answers calls quickly, as well as he comes and fixes the issue and it stays fixed!! Overall a great experience and we have recommended sweetbriar to multiple friends and family already!

Been living in here 3 years and had no issues with anything. The apartment complex is in a great location, close to shopping and transportation. The school’s district is also the best one in Lancaster County. The management Michelle is so kind, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The maintenance Jack is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. Keep up the good work and again thanks for everything.

I just moved here 2 months ago and have nothing but good things to say! Quiet area and outside is always kept so nice. Michelle ,the property manager, is awesome and very helpful for whatever you may need. 10/10 recommend living at Sweetbriar!
