Swaying Oaks Apartments

As of now my experience living here is just okay only because the so- called neighbors around me like to snitch and make it look like me or my daughter is a bad neighbor telling the manager things that they hear which I could be telling him what we can hear from them also. But I don't do that. All because I just TRY my best to mind my own business. Then he calls me to let me know about it. When they can be heard also with their kids jumping, stomping and moving around through walls. It's understandable that these are thin walled built apartments that you can hear anything from outside, inside, above and next door. But why go say petty things to the office management? We lived here a few years ago, and thought we would give it another chance. We are glad that we moved back. The manager and staff are always available and willing to listen and assist with whatever we need. The community is definitely better than before. Thanks to the manager and her staff who walk the property, and make everyone feel welcomed. The planned activities have added an extra boost for neighbors to get out and meet each other.

Hector is awesome, showed my apartment looks nice. He introduced me to his staff he is a one-man gang gets the work done. All around very good service. Love the office-model. I met some of my new neighbor they tell me they love living there. Looking forward in moving in.

This is my second time living at these apartments. This time it is so different! The manager is very professional and courteous. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and professional as well. my experience here was great when I moved in with Hector. He is such a positive attitude person. He made it very easy for me to move in. Unlike most apt. managers I've had in the past. The only thing that bothered me was when someone knocked on the door around 5 am in the morning several months ago. Then there was one time when some guy had shined a light through the living room window. Which made me suspicious. I don't socialize with any of the neighbors. I try to stay to myself with my daughter who has a special needs illness. It gets noisy coming from upstairs with walking which is understandable because we are downstairs.
