I can’t say enough kind words about Swansboro Port Realty. We have rented from many different companies and this is by far the best. They are respectful and keep up with all the maintenance and inspections with both parties in interest. My family and I are grateful for the help and effort they have given us. Jared has been especially helpful during our move out process.

Just escaped California and made thw move to NC. Swansboro Port Realty made this move to my new place extremely easy. They were patient and on top of all my inquiries while maintaining consistent communication with me until I had keys in hand. My goto was Jared who's absolutely a pro. The only thing I could do without would be the concierge service for utilities set up; they were more of a hassle than a help.
