Swallowtail Flats Apartments

My husband and I moved in at the end of October. We had an all day move from Atlanta and then due to the time it took to load up our moving truck, finish the move out checklist with our old apartment, and traffic, we ended up arriving after the Swallowtail's office had closed. Ramsey in the front office was wonderful and came back after hours to do our walk through with us, give us our key, etc. so that we could move in to our apartment that evening even though we arrived past business hours. It was such a kindness to us and we are so thankful! We have loved living here the last few months, it's well located and super walkable!

Absolutely beautiful! So glad I chose to live here. The landscaping is always well-kept, the buildings are modern, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and peaceful. The amenities are top-notch and it truly feels like home here. The staff is amazing! I love being in walking distance of some great shops and restaurants.

We thought it was just us until I saw the other review about the tour if I could call it that. We had the same experience. The vibes were off from the start, me and my fiance knew this wasn't the place for us almost immediately but we saw it through because we really wanted this apartment to be the one. A young guy showed the unit. The ride there was awkward and quiet. He didn't talk at all, didn't give much info about the property, we just had to ask a lot of questions. Same thing once inside again, didn't talk about the building or the unit. The unit itself looked a little rough for the price of rent being a 1/1. Really needed some paint touch ups in the kitchen and several other areas and the placement of the microwave was extremely awkward. We did see a roach on the ground floor b

This is truly a place to call home. I am very happy with my decision, and we love our new home. Management is attentive, maintenance is amazing. There's no hidden fees added to the rent. The grounds are beautiful, and neighbors are welcoming.

Avoid this apartment complex at all costs. It’s horribly managed, with outdated infrastructure that constantly falls apart. The only thing the management seems to care about is keeping the grass trimmed, creating unbearable noise as early as 7:30 AM. They don’t address the real issues within the complex, focusing solely on superficial appearances. Management is not only unresponsive, but openly rude and unprofessional. If you decide to rent here, be sure to thoroughly inspect and document everything before moving in. I mean everything—from every stain and worn patch on the old, musty carpets (which should have been replaced for health reasons since they’re breeding grounds for dust, mites, and bacteria), to the condition of toilets, cabinets, stoves, and microwaves. Pay special attention
