SW Apartments

Current resident review: I have been living here for a couple years now and overall I give it 4 stars. No, the apartment is not perfect and yes there is dog poop but honestly, it’s a tenant issue more than anything else, management seems to pick it up in a decently timely manner I guess. They fixed all my maintenance issues whenever I had any however, forcing the tenants to pay for light bulb fixings is crazy work and just pure greed. I didn’t use the pool area often but when I did, roaches came out at night which I thought was disgusting. I personally don’t have any roach issues in my apartment but did at the beginning and I shut that down real quick. I made sure to call them to get the spray people who sprays for pests to do so around my apartment and I am just a naturally clean person

Do not move here bugs and dog poop everywhere! I’ve lived at SW Apartments for 8 months, and honestly, it’s been awful. Maintenance takes forever to show up, and when they finally do, they just patch things up instead of actually fixing them. There’s dog poop all around the complex left for days, trash scattered around, and the worst part their bugs. Roaches, beetles, spiders,etc come in through the vents, pipes, and from outside. I’ve called the office multiple times, but all they ever say is, “We’ll send pest control.” No apology, no urgency, and pest control didn’t even show up until the third time I complained. When they finally came, they did a quick, light spray that didn’t do much. The bug problem isn’t just inside — it’s outside too. I’ve seen big dead roaches on the sidewalks whi

They were kind and respectful when they came in, tested the dishwasher for a few minutes replaced a part and were finished in under and hour ! Dishwasher back to working order ! Yay!

This community does not feel safe. I witnessed a shooting right outside my apartment, and the experience was terrifying. What made it worse was the complete lack of communication or concern from management no email, no notice, nothing acknowledging what happened to other tenants. The on-site security has also never responded when I’ve called, which only adds to the sense of insecurity here. I’ve been in therapy for months because of how traumatic this was.

My problem was fixed very quickly very happy with the maintenance man xx The maintenance men were really nice, and I thought it was fixed a couple of hours after they had gone it started again. It’s not as loud as it was, but I can’t sleep at night. It has to be fixed. It’s far too loud. I don’t know what the problem is, but it’s rattling it like sleeping with a car engine Running when you’re sleeping and when it comes on, it’s really noisy. Please reschedule the maintenance to look at it again thank you.
