Before Sutton Place the view from my home was rolling hills with horses grazing. Now my view is the back of homes where people have erected privacy fences and then used the easement between my property and Sutton Place as a dump, I have called twice to ask the management of Sutton Place to ask the residents to clean up their trash and have been ignored.
Sutton place was ok when we first moved here ... then they let renters take over and do whatever and I have called and they do nothing! The place looks like trash and they don’t care!! You pay HOA fees for nothing!! I would not suggest living here!!!!!
