DO NOT RENT HERE Edit: Living here has been a nightmare. Pest control did not treat the roach infestation in my apartment until today, October 28, even though I first reported the issue on September 22. I was assured multiple times by management that I was on the list for pest control. Specifically, I was told that pest control would come on October 14, after I informed them on October 13 that I had contacted the city; but they never came. It took over a month, multiple emails, repeated complaints, and even a report to the city before any action was finally taken. That is absolutely unacceptable. When the city inspector came for the walk-through, the Sutton Place staff called to ask if I had changed my lock, only to then admit that they had lost my key. Losing a resident’s key is a serio

This place is full with cockroaches, they say they do a weekly treatment, but it never works! They will blackmail you if you want to leave because of that by not giving you back your deposit!!! Maintenance request are often not addressed and you’ll have to pay to repair them yourself!!

I lived at Sutton Place, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. Since moving in, I dealt with a persistent pest infestation that management failed to properly resolve, despite multiple treatments and maintenance requests. The apartment remained uninhabitable, with roaches throughout the unit and unresolved issues such as persistent dust from the A/C and water leaks. Communication with management was slow and unhelpful, leaving me no choice but to terminate my lease. I cannot recommend this complex based on my experience.

The present maintenance team here is great! Two of the guys, I would like to give special thanks and acknowledgement to Edgar and Elder. You two are Awesome! In the past I have put in maintenance work orders and Edgar always makes sure if he sees me to let me know the status of the work order. I put in a request last week and was notified when they were coming and they had to order a part and sent me a notification advising they would be back the next day to finish the work. Then when I made it home from work I saw Elder and he asked me personally if I was aware that he went to the apartment and saw he had to order a part. Elder let me know the part would be delivered the next morning and that he would be back to finish the work order. The following evening when I made it home Elder saw me
