If you're looking for a reasonable and affordable place to live, this is not it. They just raised their rent to $933 monthly. In fact, every time they get new property management rent seems to magically raise once more. This has been the 4th time it's raised in two years. They don't even give proper notice either. Legally a 30 day notice has to be given. They also don't legally inform people of apartment inspections and one lady brings her kid in that also breaks things. I found this out after talking to some residents that live there.
I need to update my review! The new property manager Sherri and her husband/maintenance manager Scott are wonderful! We finally got my family member into the PERFECT apartment for her! They have been awesome to work with and I can't thank them enough for all of their help!
