Fox Run Townhomes

Have lived here since September of 2023 and have loved it. I feel very at home and like being part of a friendly neighborhood. I'm so impressed with how nice the townhomes, neighbors and staff are! Very quiet location where the grounds are kept very clean as well as all of the common areas (common room, pool, gym etc.) Any time I need any kind of management help or maintenance concerns Heather and the Mills Property staff are always happy to help and are quick to respond!

I love living with Fox Run Townhomes. The townhomes are in great condition, all the neighbors are friendly, and Heather is so sweet and accommodating! They are also pet friendly, which can be hard to find when renting in Yankton. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!

Extremely over priced. The town houses were thrown up fast. And you can tell. The doors on the unit get stuck. The appliances dont always work the draft from the garage makes all the doors move in the house. There is no air flow in the units.

I can't say enough about my experience . Loved living there. If I needed anything it was done. Heather was amazing to say the least. Doesnt get any better of an experience when renting an apartment

Very very bad, rude and unprofessional management! My neighbors were the son and daughter of Satan. The units are poorly constructed! Management lied and said it was pet friendly, its not! I hated this place. Do not rent from Mills property.
