Sutton Place Apartments

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Property Manager, Brian, as our apartment underwent construction. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, his professionalism and attention to detail made a significant difference. The accommodations were top-notch—clean, comfortable. Any questions I had were promptly addressed, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

I have had the pleasure of meeting the property manager several times over the past 3-4 years, due to my ongoing interest in becoming a tenant. Each encounter has been marked by her pleasant demeanor, respectfulness, upbeat personality. Her professionalism and politeness makes the prospect of becoming a tenant that much more exciting.

I have been living at sutton place for 15 years !! it is great !! I’m sure all places have there ups and downs and neighbors who act out inappropriately, but I guess we could say that about anyplace !!! we have a wonderful staff and maintenance crew !! Hats off to vicki and andrea who have been here for more than 15 years and have such wonderful and supportive personalities Great great and great !! Brian who has joined us Not too long ago and is so very patient kind approachable thank you Brian for coming to sutton place. You have really been such an asset. Heads off to our maintenance team they get the job done their patient kind and understanding I can’t imagine what they have to walk in on a daily basis. One time I saw them walk in with mask on like a gas mask on I was so upset for them

I love living here! Staff is friendly and respectful! It can be a bit a bit noisy at night especially in the summer but I don't mind it too much! They're in the process of remodeling and so far so good! I can't wait to see the finished product!

The property manager is very disrespectful. I told him about my moldy floors over and over again and still nothing.the complex is always filled with garbage. The kids are so loud and completely destroy the place. And The maintenance crew break more than they fix. This is why I’m moving because this is a place I can’t call home!
