Moved out after living there five years. It was a nice apartment started out with a couple of bugs in there, but was able To annihilate them after a couple of months, Must’ve been left over from the previous tenant. Management is nice, Maintenance is awesome. There’s ever a problem can always get a hold of somebody quickly. The apartment complex itself is pretty quiet. Every once in a while there might be an issue, but The police and the security get there pretty quick. Never had a problem was able to make my apartment a home. Pretty good for the price.

ATTENTION everyone 👀 ! , If you are looking to lease at a home PLEASE and I mean PLEASE work with Mrs.DARLENE she are ONE of the BEST leasing staff that ACTUALLY LOVES her job and is filled with nothing but POSITIVITY and patience ! Very respectful , attentive , great communicator , funny , and ALWAYS SMILING staff you’ll ever meet . She literally made my WHOLE application process worth every decision I made . Made my children and I feel at home from beginning to end . She has KEPT her words and she had DELIVERED amen ! Thanks to her my kids and I enjoy our new spacious home 🏠 ! She is GOD SENT , her prayers and scripture are also a bonus ! Give her a chance to lease you I PROMISE you won’t REGRET IT !

Stayed out here two years, and for the price that they are charging management should do better. The roaches are out of control in the unit. Pest control spraying really doesn’t help from what I’ve seen. As you can see in this video my apartment is kept up nice and clean. Matter of fact the previous manager, Jonathan came with the maintenance guy Giovanni to do an inspection and said that my apartment is one of the nicest unit and would like to use as a showcase 😊🙌🏾. As far as maintenance orders getting completed, Im guessing it depends on what the order is. I’ve seen them complete some of my work orders fast and some takes longer to complete. I can say throughout the two years I’ve stayed here, that Tina, Jessica, Jonathan, and Giovanni were very nice and helpful.

New property manager is a joke. Has no mannerism, no respect for her residents and is just straight up rude! Dismisses you as if you are a bother to her, has such a nasty attitude and demeanor as if you are inconveniencing her if you show up to the office. Tina & Jessica are the best, wish the previous manager stayed. He took care of his residents and made sure to make his face seen when a problem was reported. Being a tenant for more than 2 years here and this new lady needs to go! Hope corporate can clean up here with better management.

I'm happy with the apartment and managers are respectful and do make sure any requests I make are looked into and done asap. That was when I moved in about 8 years ago, my my how times have changed. Today is February 2024, 1st of all mgt keeps having different maintenance personnel turnover every few months. Smh, my maintenance request go months without fixing it, get email of my request being done.which is not true, i was told that there're system crashed and lost info but to feel free to resend in maintenance request. Smh that will take a while since there are so many. And it is so true that this apartment owners dont accept rental assistance from SA Neighborhood Services (money) on my behalf because they wont sign waiver not to evict me which makes no sense to me as it's an exampl
