Sutterfield Apartments

I have sent 2 emails and have called multiple times leaving 2 voicemail only to be completely ignored. I just need information because I'm considering renting there. And I have called each time on weekdays between 1:30 - 2:30 pm, so I know they're open. I guess this is showing me how bad they are if I can't get any response from them.

No pets allowed but they allow mice to run rappoant seriously the mice problem is getting worse every year

Staff changes like the weather in New England. No one stays long enough to honor promises made by others. Mice are a big issue. They don’t get to the root of the issue just slap some traps around to shut u up. Maintenance Workers are another big issue. They don’t give you enough notice they walk right in your house If you don’t answer within a few knocks. Then when they do give you notice they don’t show up so you’re there all day waiting for nothing. Many shootings within the last couple years so I don’t recommend the neighborhood either. Best thing I did was move out!

Place sucks i lived here for to many yrs and still do inconsistent staff they must be selling the place because the amount of pointless inspections we've had is ridiculous .. the mice problem out of control i remember one time I complained I was just told everyone has them even me lol... I didn't catch the joke... outdated kitchen cheap as hell flooring i second the other tenant about how they just enter your house only maintenance guy who comes the correct way is the lil brother that's been here for a lil bit the others just no..... shady practices in this place smh ive been trying to move forever it's gotten very ghetto they've gotten allot more laxxed about the ppl they are letting move in.. cars have been scratched broken into etc .. the only decent office manager was Heather and the

I first want to say I appreciate Lisa more then anyone could know.. Why? Because I have never in my life met a housing manager as herself! She made sure all my paperwork was correct before I even left the office. Made sure I felt comfortable with any questions I had to ask! When I say so politely awesome! 😜😜😜 And let alone even went above and beyond and talked to my last landlord so he knew that everything was ok with me moving to my new place! All the staff with this company made me feel so welcomed that, I really feel like I’m at home! Thank you all! And I’m so, so glade to be renting with y’all! THANK YOU ALL!
