Sutter Street Apartments

Sutter Apartments has a great community. The neighborhood is tranquil & safe while having kind and calm neighbors. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and safe place to live, I recommend living here! The apartment is spacious with beautiful flooring and countertops. Also, the view of Lassen Mountain is pretty surreal. All in all, this is great place to live!!!

Was a great place to live at.. that is until they changed ownership and changed management. The place used to be upkept and clean. Little by little the place just got dirtier and dirtier the hallways were gross and smelled like cigarettes. Also the building manager isn't available when needed making it soo frustrating when we needed to get ahold of her.

My granddaughter has a apartment there it's safe and convenient they have on site cameras and you have to put your code in to get inside the the door of the building

one of the worst places to stay. they just let the biggest tweeker famly in. its only a matter of time now. get out while you still can.

During phone call, the lady was very helpful at communicating my options.this place looks nice and it seems affordable.
