Red Bluff Apartments

I remember living here lol. This place is horrible. Appliances were always breaking down. Heater not working during winter. Ac not working during summer. Stove/oven only warming/cooking half way. Sink clogging. Someone broke into my house AND car. And bad a** kids kept hoping the gate and stealing my kids stuff. It's 2022 and they still allow smoking 🤯🤯 2nd hand kills faster than 1st hand. Addict nodding out by the play ground..I can go on and on. All the company cares about is money

Because it caters to low income people. Some people call places like this, drug infested just because people, like me, live here doesn't make us drug addicts. I've lived here for more than a year & I've only seen good 👪. Besides that our management doesn't let them.

Wish the waiting list didn't take over a year to get into them. Playground is great for kids and the management seems to do their job the best they can. Cute and cozy little apartments also very social and people friendly.

Decent place to live with very low income. They have a really nice manager who works here. They have good place to eat from a walking distance. It's not so bad to live.

I live here. Have been happy in my one bedroom apartment. When you drive by it looks clean and well kept.
