We instantly fell in love with the house, and with all those tiny micro decisions over all those months that added up to such a beautiful home. The pre-reveal staging of the house was way above and beyond. We really felt as if the S9 team understood us, and in some cases, understood what we wanted before we were sure we wanted it. Your communication was impeccable, and your willingness to offer your expertise but also listen to our wishes managed to strike just exactly the right balance in the midst of a complex process with huge stakes.

We were attracted by the genuine responses to our questions, the teamwork, the collaboration with Unfold Architecture, and the level of care shown from the very first meeting. We feel the location and home have afforded us the lifestyle we envisioned. Although there were a few speed bumps and hiccups, the experience has been positive, and the final product has met our greatest expectations.
